Kartika Puja

Kartika Puja is done every month at school to inculcate cultural values in children in which parents also participate with great enthusiasm. Kartika puja was performed on 26th October 2023 under the guidance of Brni. Sharanyamrita Chaitanyaji. The program was attended by the parents and students of Class 4 and had a wonderful opportunity of being a part of this auspicious puja along with the teachers. The event started with the opening prayers by Brni. Sharanyamrita Chaitanyaji followed by the chanting of Ganpati stotra and Durga suktam.

Parents and students whole heartedly performed the puja by offering flower petals at Amma’s holy lotus feet during Amma’s ashtottara. Eveyone sang bhajans and did meditation under the guidance of Brni. Sharanyamrita Chaitanyaji.

She also addressed the students and parents and spoke about the importance of following daily rituals and making the students aware about the importance & significance of celebrating different festivals. She told that “Spirituality begins where Science ends”.

Program ended with Amma’s Arati after which all present took Amma’s blessings with Prasad.
