SHIVJAYANTI CELEBRATION

The bravery of the Maratha warrior Chatrapathi Shivaji Maharaj still evokes awe and inspiration amongst all.

Shivjayanti was celebrated with great zeal and enthusiasm in the school on 20th Feb 2023. The grand celebration started with an excellent speech delivered by Koustubh Thorat from class 8 B who excelled in it by appropriate hand gestures and full confidence which was an outstanding performance and speech anyone would have delivered. After that, meeting of Aurangzeb and Shivaji Maharaj was dramatized, which was very enchanting and also had a powerful effect on everyone’s spirit and mind. This was followed by a beautiful traditional dance presented by girls from class 8. The program ended with a huge applause by the audience for the active performers and a vote of thanks.

This performances made Shivaji Maharaj’s thoughts penetrate in the minds of students and will never be forgotten.
