Teachers orientation was held on 1st June in school Auditorium for all the teachers. It started with prayer, followed by chanting of Ashttotara led by administrator Bhri.Sharanyamrita Chitanyaji. This was followed by a very significant talk by her emphasizing the teachers’ role in shaping young minds. She also gave a concise overview of the school’s vision, mission, values, and educational philosophy. She said teachers should be equipped with strategies to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Principal made the teachers familiar with school policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive learning environment. Effective classroom management is essential for maintaining an orderly and conducive learning environment. Orientation provided practical strategies for behaviour management, lesson planning, handling parent teacher interactions and student engagement. Orientation highlighted the importance of professional learning and team work too. Teachers received a clear overview of their role and responsibilities, curriculum and the instructional strategies adopted by the school. In conclusion, the teacher’s orientation set the foundation for a successful academic year by delivering concise and relevant information and providing necessary resources for smooth functioning of the upcoming academic year.
