Celebration of Krishna’s birth is an important affair for all of us and students of Amrita Nursery and Grade 1 and 2 could not hold back from celebrating it. Cladded in their best traditional attire, the gopas and gopis walked into their classrooms. Various class activities were conducted and the story of little Krishna was narrated by the respective class teachers. The floral decoration was made to welcome Ladoo Gopal and school Administrator Brni. Sharanyamritaji lit the lamp, fed him with maakhan and prasadam. Teachers and students sang the Krishna aarti and bhajans with lot of love and devotion. The school quadrangle resonated with high energy as everyone then danced their heart out to the tunes of Krishna songs. #avnavimumbai #janmashtami
