On the auspicious occasion of Akshaya Tritiya, the staff of Amrita Vidyalayam gathered to celebrate the Kartika Puja on 30th April 2025. Under the divine guidance of Brni. Sharanyamrita Chaitanyaji, the event was marked by spiritual fervour and devotion. The program commenced with the lighting of the lamp by our esteemed Principal, Sharanyamritaji, symbolizing the removal of darkness and the welcoming of light and knowledge. This was followed by the chanting of the sacred Pranava Mantra “Aum” to invoke blessings of peace and prosperity. Sharanyamritaji shared insightful words about the significance of Akshaya Tritiya, narrating the inspiring story of Draupadi and its connection to this auspicious day. The session was further enriched with the recitation of Durga Suktam, the 108 Names of Amma. 🌸 To conclude the divine program, soulful bhajans were sung, filling the air with devotion.
