BHUTAYAGNAM PROJECT
The chirping of the birds is the most relaxing and joyous experience. To attract more birds in the backyard it has been a traditional practice to keep undisturbed supply of food in the backyard. To keep the children rooted to our tradition Amrita Nursery has introduced ‘BHUTAYAGNAM PROJECT’ (Bird Feeding) that motivates young ones to directly engage with nature and enhance their learning abilities. Under which student from Class Jr. Kg to Class 2 get spoonful of Bajra and fill the bird feeders themselves. The Bird feeder are hanged at various places around the school premises .The young curious minds keep checking bird feeders to identify the birds and get motivated to explore the Nature. They develop the qualities like Giving, Caring and Preserving Nature.
