Amrita Vidyalayam joyfully celebrated” No Bag Day “on 13th January for the pre-primary students of Nursery, Jr. KG, and Sr. KG. The day was specially planned with fun-filled activities, celebrating “Pink Day “and “Makar Sankranti”, allowing children to learn through play in a cheerful environment. The Nursery students enthusiastically participated in activities such as Make My Steps, Passing the Ball, Cup Stacking, and Kite Making through paper folding. Jr. KG and Sr. KG students took part in a Storytelling Competition, which helped enhance their confidence and communication skills. Jr. KG students made kites with Makar Sankranti messages and enjoyed games like Passing the Ball, Red Light–Pink Light and Finding Pink-Coloured Objects. Sr. KG students created kites using origami paper and actively participated in games such as Ball Balancing and Action Games. The students thoroughly enjoyed the day as there were no regular classes. The celebration successfully promoted learning through fun, making the day memorable and meaningful for all the children.
